
A big thank you to Girl Makes Food for this recipe. I baked the granola, and cut into hamantaschen shapes. My plan as of now is to make scrumptious pumpkin cupcakes with a rich buttercream, and place these cutie granolas right on top. (If you are celebrating- Happy Purim!!)
with all the many hamantasche recipes this past week, i haven’t envoutered one that i think would qualify as low calorie and somewhat healthy, so I guess this make this one the best!
